MINIMIZING IMPACT
Anglo Swiss Resources’ exploration activities are conducted in a manner that minimizes environmental impact and disturbance to the community. Our environmental policy focuses on preservation of the natural flora and fauna, ongoing soil reclamation, reforestation of affected areas, water protection and proper handling of solid and hazardous waste. Exploration activities are centered around producing minimal impact on the affected areas to minimize erosion. Drill rigs are manually transported between drill sites and drill pad access trails are constructed with appropriate channels for slope runoff to help retain soils for later reclamation.

COMMUNITY CONSULTATION
Anglo Swiss Resources has a positive record of consulting with the local community to establish transparent employment practices and contracts for local services and supplies. The company has adopted fair policies and procedures that define the rules of engagement with the local community and other affected and interested parties. By working with the community, Anglo Swiss Resources can cultivate meaningful well-paid jobs through local hiring and training and development.

QUALITY CONTROL
To ensure water quality is maintained in the region, Anglo Swiss Resources takes samples from Eagle Creek and water discharges to a certified lab for analysis on a monthly basis. This process allows for the early detection of any changes in the water quality. In addition, we support responsible management of environmental risks and ensure the clean and safe handling of petroleum products, recycling of solid waste at the origin, and responsible management of final disposal.
